Bio
Andrea Pomeranz is an associate attorney at Eisner & Dictor P.C. Andrea has worked on a range of discrimination and wage & hour litigation, as well as proceedings before the Equal Opportunity Commission.

Andrea earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. While in law school, Andrea interned with P. David Lopez, former general counsel at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she further developed her interest in employment discrimination law practice and co-authored “The Civil Rights Act of 1964: A Magna Carta of Human Rights,” published in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act after 50 Years: Proceedings of the New York University 67th Annual Conference on Labor in 2015. Andrea also served as an extern for The Honorable Susie Morgan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New Orleans and as an extern for The Honorable Susan J. Dlott of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Andrea also served as an Editor for the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law.

As a law clerk with Eisner & Dictor, P.C., Andrea co-authored “Reflections on the Mandatory Arbitration of Statutory Employment Claims,” published in Arbitration and Mediation of Employment and Consumer Disputes: Proceedings of the New York University 69th Annual Conference on Labor in 2018. As an associate attorney at Eisner & Dictor, P.C., Andrea is passionate about empowering individuals who face discrimination, retaliation, and/or harassment in the workplace.
